Like I promised you before now that today’s email is going to be a lot shorter than the last one.
And I’m going to keep my promise.
Today we will be talking about POISON.
It’s no doubt that we often love to believe those things we read on those labels: healthy food, 85% less fat, etc. and literally, you might have probably thought that this will help you lose fat.
But that’s not always the case, and I don’t blame you for that.
And here is why it doesn’t yield results.
The excess chemicals incorporated into this “food” are more disastrous to health than the fat that they stripped from our diet.
These chemicals are toxic to your body.
And in response to the dietary toxin, the body defence mechanism produces more body fat to bind with these chemicals and keep them from causing damage to your vital organ.
Does this sound crazy?
Whichever, I’m going to keep this short.
